WIFTV is proud to present the 4th Annual Women In Film Festival, March 4th-8th, 2009. All events are held at the Vancity Theatre (Seymour & Davie) except for the March 8th International Women's Day, WIFTI Short Film Showcase. which will be held at the Chan Centre for Family Health Education at CFRI (on the same campus as BC Women's Hospital), 4500 Oak St., Vancouver, B.C.

New Media Forum, 9:00am - 5:00pm
The New Media Forum is a must for producers who want to tell stories in a more interactive space and for those interested in recent new media trends. It's a full day of panels, applications, interactive exhibits, and networking. The blend of technology, social media , and interactivity from Getting Your Feet Wired to Emerging Technologies and Trends, New Media Day will inspire and engage.
Followed by reception for participants -- Complimentary beer sponsored by Molsons
Opening Night Film and Reception, 7:00pm
Vancouver Premiere of The Baby Formula, Toronto Director Alison Reid in attendance.
Followed by an opening reception, including appetizers and cash bar.
